The JP8 family love a challenge, and there's nothing harder than running a full marathon. While footballers are used to short, sharp bursts of energy while playing, running 26 miles is a completely different animal.
Our team of Shane Sullivan, Brandon Clarke and Scott Moore will be running the Brighton Marathon on 6th April 2025 to raise funds for the JP8 Charitable Trust.
The charity was set up in 2019 by the family and friends of Jack Phillips, a talented local footballer, who was killed in a tragic work accident. Read more here.
To date the JP8 Charitable Trust has raised and donated over £20,000 to local good causes, charities and also has a dedicated project to support sports for kids.
